1lb Lrage Mexican Blue Shirmp
1 TBLS melted butter
2 TBLS Traeger Fin and Feather Rub
Steps:
1. Set Smoker to 350 and let it get to temp.
2. In a large bowl combine melted butter and rub. Mix until fully incorporated then toss in your shrimp.
3. Place shrimp on a wire rack or cookie sheet in a single layer.
4. Once your smoker get to temp, place the shrimp in the smoker and let them smoke for about 25-35 mins. Flipping half way to ensure an even cook,
6. Remove from the grill and allow them to rest for 5 mins and then serve. I chose white rice and asparagus but they will pair well with just abut any side.

2-3lb Picanha
Course salt and pepper rub
Step:
1. With a sharp knife cross hatch the fat cap
2. Season Heavy on both sides with salt and pepper rub
3.Insert wireless thermometer ( I prefer Meater)
4. Set Grill to Traeger to 250
5. Let the Picanha smoke until internal temp hits 115 and then pull it.
6. Sear on each side for about 5 mins each or untill internal temp hits 1535
7. Rest for 10 minutes and then serve
